Made to order
Every piece is knitted by hand once your order comes in, in the colour and size you choose. Please allow about two weeks before it's ready to post or collect. Lisa will be in touch if anything changes.
Delivery and collection
- Post: €9 (€8 for the Ladies Chunky Chenille Cardigan) to anywhere in Ireland. You enter your address at checkout.
- Collection: free. Lisa will message you to arrange a time once your piece is ready.
Returns and refunds
Draft for Lisa to check before the site goes live.
Pieces from the shop. If you change your mind, tell Lisa within 14 days of receiving your piece and send it back unworn and unwashed. Return postage is yours to pay, and your refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of Lisa getting it back.
Custom pieces. A piece made to your own design through a custom order is made just for you, so it can't be returned because you've changed your mind.
Something wrong? If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, message Lisa as soon as you can with a photo. She'll put it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund. This never affects your statutory rights.
Care
100% acrylic. Machine washable on a cool wash. Dry flat.
